Hi
I want to start learning SAP/SRM from scratch. I am currently supporting users on the front end like how to capture shopping carts,approving creating purchase orders etc... but now I hace access to the HUB020 and want to know what is best to start studying first. I want to do config and all. BUT where do I start??

Please get hold of the SRM 210 document from SAP..
This is a very document to learn SRM configuration and features.
