SAP SRM shopping cart missing after 30 minutes

Hi,

after upgrade to SRM 7.0, SP04 we have problem with creating shopping cart. When user create shopping during 30 minutes, that the behavior ok. But when the creating the one shopping cart take longer than 30 minutes than when you want to save the cart you lost all items of SC. Do you know any parameter, which solve this problem?
