SAP SRM SC - Header Approval Status - Control/Deactivate "Replace Approver" Button

Can anybody please tell me how to control/deactivate the "Replace Approver" Button in SC Tab "Approval Process Overview" -> "Header Approval Status"?

Of Course I know I could create a configuration and change the button there but I want to know it this button is also controlled by customizing or authorisation.
