SAP SRM Punchout catalog issue

we are using SRM 7 EHP3 using punchout catalog

Supplier has changed the IE version (IE11) after that we are facing the below issue

while creating SC through that particular supplier catalog we are able to open the supplier catalog through SRM portal but we cannot add the products "ADD TOT HE BASKET" is not working.

Please suggest

This is related to a conflict between SRM and the vendors ecommerce application. I am assuming they are using a responsive fluid layout as all eCommerce vendors want to utilize however there are so many issues with eProcurement system and emulated browser sessions. A work-around is to pop the window out of the frame or have them make sure they can be backwards compatible which is often easier said than done.
