Dear All,

I visited many sites and collected information regarding SRM and Business benefits for a client (ppt presentation).

But... Looking for any points which can directly attract client with go ahead with SRM.

In Simple, If any one have few important points which describes What is SRM and how it benefits in real time operations.. please do reply.

Hi,

SRM is an advanced version of SAP MM.

SRM is only a procurement system where you can do the procurement process in a big purchasing organisation where multiple

plants are there. Time spent on the purchasing dept for routine work is avoided thereby savings millions of money spent.

There are two things to keep in mind. 1) SRM technical scenarios (4 Scenarios are there) 2) SRM Business process -7 business process are there.

For a company to implement SRM they have to choose one from each .
