SAP SRM - POWL - Custom Query not active

Hi Experts,

I created a query using Tcode: POWL_QUERY and provided POWL TYPE ID as well.

Later in Tcode: POWL_QUERYR, I provided Application ID for the Query ID created and provided Category Seq. no and Query Seq. no and selected 'ACTIVATE' check box.

When I syntax check - I could see Query ID 'Not Active'.

Due to this problem I am unable to see the query in the output screen.

Pl. provide inputs how to make this 'Active'. For standard SAP Query Id - it shows 'ACTIVE'.

I ran report in SE38, execute program POWL_D01 and provided the APPLI, unfortunately I don't see the query which I created.

I didn't provide any roles as of now. For SAP standary queries also in the same category there are no roles assigned. Please help.

Hi Experts,

Also when I run report SE38: POWL_D03 providing Appl. Id I could see the result as below. 'Type not assigned to this ApplID'.

But I already assigned it Query to Appl Id.
