SAP SRM issue with Edit selected draft.

Hi,

We have an issue in srm portal while creating order.

I get a message when I click on Edit Selected Draft saying   "Document is still being processed in  background."

When I click close I then have to click Edit to be able to edit PO

There is no any performance issue in system.

Any idea about the issue?

Hi Vishal,

Are you getting this error after log off and logging back in and then clicking on EDIT or you just save document and click Edit immediately?

There could be chances that saving document is locking your entry and not allowing you to edit immediately. I would recommend to discuss with Basis and put trace to see if it is actually saving document and not putting lock on it.

I am basis consultant & we have tried trace but didnt get anything critical in trace.

Vishal,

Can you check if the workflow for this object is locked? Under table BBP_WFLOCK , enter GUID id of your object to check for a lock entry.
