sap_srm_doc_viewer is not working.

I masters.

My scenario SRM 5.0.   exel version 2010.

I need download contract in excel file but you know the Excel that brings the srm in contract buttom download is unmanageable so I trying to make more easy to handle. so I implements the note where sap_srm_doc_viewer is charged like add in in excel.  but when open the contract does not change the format. any idea how to fix that.
