SAP Sourcing cannot display this page

Dear

         Recently I met a problem, When I try to enter my clm web ,it show the message as follow:

SAP Sourcing cannot display this page.

Click the browser back button to the previous page.

         I did not config any thing before. Before a few seconds, It also works right.I have tried some methods ,but still not work.

There is not nearly enough information here to make a guess.  You would need to provide the URL that you are using.  It is also a good idea to make sure the application is running on Netweaver by checking the application log and see that there is activity.

       The url is "http://host:port/LDA/fsbuyer/portal/index?cid=cluster.LDA"，I don't know which the path is the application log, I have asked  the basis for a help ,but still did not find the solution.

I have reviewed the logs that were sent to support.  Based on what I see the application is no longer running. The database connection has failed and the oracle user that was established for the application has its password expired. This needs to be fixed on the database and then the new password has to be reentered by using the configure utility.  The application will need to be undeployed and the new SCA file redeployed.  Have your basis team take a look at this blog:
