SAP SLC- Supplier Registration Process is not triggering any Work item in Buy side

Hi Gurus,

i'm configuring SAP SLC 2.0 SP 4 on SAP SRM (Buy SIde) and Sell side. On submitting the supplier registration form using BSP application link, work item is expected to trigger in BUY side for approval.But nothing is happening on Posting the Supplier registration form.

Can somebody please suggest where to look for Errors. I have already checked SLG1, SBGRFCMON but no record found.
