SAP Shopping cart Application popup issue

In Shopping Cart Documents and Attachment tab ,its opening popup windows .

But its not allowing to do any functionality in popup window, like adding documents or attachments etc ?

Please find the screen shot of the screen.

we are running this application in windows7, IE11 browser .

Was it working before for you?

Can you try in different browsers?

What SRM version is this?

Where is this pop up coming from and what does it do ?

Did you try with different user Ids and is it allowing to add local files or not allowing to add any files?

You also need to give access to the SAP system to allow using the file system on your computer if on a network is that done? Check with a basis / Security person in your team

Add a trace or check SU53 and see if it works

Hi Vinitha ,

previously it worked but after making changes in the java script it worked,but due to upgrade in java .again this popup to add documents and attachements is not working .In Google chrome popup is not opening ,in IE11 its working .
