SAP S4/HANA Goods receipt doesn't reach DSN

Dear SAP/DSN enthusiastic,

We encounter, for our customertransport issue regarding the sending of the Goods Receipts from S4/HANA to our Digital Supplier Network account of the client and test supplier.

Please find below some details regarding our analysis/research. We checked multiple times our configuration of our new output type and general settings regarding the receipt request and we didn’t find any issue regarding those.

Thanks in advance for your help and for sharing your expertise with us.

  1. Step 1: Create a purchase order that corresponds to the settings of the newly created output type (Transaction: ME21N). For example: Printer settings regarding the storage location.
  2. Step 2: Create Goods receipts that corresponds to the settings of the newly created output type (Transaction: MIGO). For example: collective slip.
  • A material document is created.
  1. The Output Tab is now visible and processed.
  1. Tis is also confirmed when checking the Purchase Order History tab of the Purchase Order.
  1. This is also confirmed when checking transaction srt_moni. The processing status of the goods receipt is delivered.
  1. Check the result on Ariba Network by logging yourself on Ariba Network/Digital Supplier Network. Please check if the goods receipt was sent out to Ariba Network. No receipt is visible under the Outbox tab > Receipts.
  1. urther action – Check the Transaction Tracker and Project on Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway.
  1. Transaction Tracker: Result – No ReceiptRequest is visible.
  2. My Configurations > CrossRefs > Parameters: ReceiptRequest was added.
  3. Home > My project > Select project > Cross Reference: ReceiptRequest was added.

Is this already fixed? We are getting the same issue for our DSN Receipt Request Interface.

We can post Receipt and have the material document created, but the Receipt Interface is not available in SRT_MONI and CIG Transaction Tracker.

We followed the CIG Configuration guide.

General Setting and Enable Interface - Done

PO, ASN, SES, and Invoice interface are working.

SPRO Configuration for Receipt Request - Done

- define message output control for returns and corrections

- maintain parameters for receipt requests on SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway SP 0002 and above ve...

- activate the collective slip for goods receipt

CIG Cross Reference for Receipt Request - Done

Yes it's solved from our side.

Did you setting up correctly the interface (see 7.1.1.1. Setting up the interface - SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway Configuration Guide) ?

We found that we linked the test environment for the receipt instead of the production environment. Please check it from your side with a technical/BC consultant.

Yes, i am certain with the interface setup the I set it to CIG Test and EU Data Center.

Hi Jade,

We are also facing the same issue with our Good Receipt interface and the Output Message is shown in IDOC log (WE02) and not in srt_moni.

Let me know if you are able to solve the issue.

Hello Romit,

Are you sure seeing the GR output message in WE02 log? its for IDOC and GR Interface is Proxy and should not be available in WE02.

For Proxy logs should be available in SRT_MONI and CIG Transaction Tracker.

We are still having trouble in sending GR to DSN.

Hi Jade,

Yes, you are correct GR output message is proxy and it should be available in srt_moni. But in our case it is not visible in srt_moni and we can see the message in we02. Don't know what is the issue, as we are still struggling to find the root cause.

But request you, if you find any solution please help me to update so that we can also check from our end.

We tried to create a custom output message for GR and Still not seeing the interface triggered in SRT_MONI.

przemyslaw.tracz - can't find the interface for ReceiptDetailRequest_Async_Out in the list of interface for ARBC1 in SRT_MONI.

We have configure the Receipt request in step "How to configure the connections to send messages"

FYI the installed ARBCI1 SP 11 and ABCI2 SP9 in the ECC.

We followed above steps , still we are not able to see :Transaction Tracker: Result – No ReceiptRequest and we added My Configurations > CrossRefs > Parameters: ReceiptRequest .

please let us know if any steps to be checked

Hi Cindy,

When you go CIG-Cross reference -Keep clicking next and then Confirm the changes as only then Receipt request configuration comes in effect once click on confirm button on top right corner . Please try this and let us know if you are able to send Receipt from S4HANA to CIG.

The receipts are not send through SAP S/4 HANA to Ariba Network.

Can you please guide us what should be the reason or solution, as we are facing the similar issue but in our case GR document is not visible in srt_moni log, although the GR document posted successfully as shown below.
