We are testing the QuoteRequest service via Netweaver PI.
The requests are being successfully delivered to the adapter msg-delivered.png
Although messages are being delivered to the adapter without error, these QuoteRequest elements are not entering ARIBA.
Is there any way to know what happened to the data that was delivered?
How can ARIBA tell us if there was an error or inconsistencies in the data we are sending, considering that the service is asynchronous?

Hi Vladimir
I understand you are using Ariba integration with PI/PO
So please check the date and time stamp of the request and go to SXMB_MONI in sender interface you would see Ariba which is the incoming for you and for the same message you would see a response from SAP system open it and check the log in there.
Sometimes even if PI has processed it successfiully it may stuck in queue in Ariba
Go to the ariba buyer portal and check the inbox > Pending queue in there.
https://service.ariba.com/Buyer.aw
Hope that helps?
Regards
Vinita

Hi! Thanks for your reply.
Yes, we are integrating via PI / PO. In case of "QuoteRequest" integration, it is asynchronous and has no response at the time of integration. We do not have access to the Buyer portal, in our case here we have only the Sourcing menu, but there is no inbox with pending items queue.
Does anybody have another suggestion?
