While implemeting the SAP note - 1506897 , SAP Note - 1447497 got implemented automatically.
SAP Note - 1447497 - System issue error message KI 260 cost center is blocked during goods receipt.
Although we get this error if the cost center is blocked while performing goods receipt before applying the Notes.
so the question here is why SAP Note - 1447497 got implemented with SAP note - 1506897.
Please share if anyone is having any delta for this.

Thanks Praveen,
But i have some couple of questions like :
1. In the symptom statement : The system issues error message KI 260 although this is incorrect , why this is incorrect although system should give error if the cost center is locked,
2. Any information how to do the testing for this note.

Hi Modi,
Go through the Symptom part of the note to find the significance of any note.
To check the whether the note is relevent for your system go to the
Correction delivered in Support Package section of the note.
Example your system component SRM_SERVER, Release 500 is support pack level
SAPKIBKS16, As per the note the solution is available in SAPKIBKS17. So you can implement the note for this case if you are facing the symptom of the note.
You can find the current support pack level by menu path system->Status->In SAP Sytem Data click on component version.

Praveen
