.sap files won't open from browser

hello

I'm the deskside support at my company, so I'm not familiar with SAP environment. here is the issue for my client.

She accesses a web portal which hold all the transactions link and forms. when clicking one of them it should open a new web window to logon into the transaction system. since she received a new computer that is not happening. the portal access is fine. the issue are the transaction windows. whenever she clicks one the browser performs a download. I have check all download settings in the browser. re-install the sap software. compare all sap related software between computers.

what plug-in do I have missing on her computer that will open the transaction form directly without doing the download? sorry I cannot provide screenshots. hope makes sense my description.

Hi, SAP is a cloud software so it sounds like that is a browser issue. Your client's IT team should look into why that's happening.
