SAP eSourcing/CLM: Extension Reference Type for Collaborator Role

I have created collection extension under the Org Unit. In that collection I want to add a field which will refer to the object "Collaborator Role" i.e., I want to select Object Reference and then map it to the class for "Collaborator" in the Extension definition. But once I select Object Reference and then look for the possible values there is no option to choose "Collaborator Role". Here only the Extension Reference Types are displayed.

So I tried to add a new Extension Reference Type for "Collaborator Role". But against the field "Class Name", I do not see the class for "Collaborator Role" (class ID 510). Is there anyway I can bring the class for "Collaborator Role" to this Enumeration?

Hi Rajiv,

Thanks for the reply!

I went through this thread before posting this question here. This thread explains how to create and assign a reference type to an extension collection member. And the example that is taken is Contract Document. Uextension-reference-type.pngnlike my requirement (Collaborator Role as Extension Reference Type) "Contract Documents" is an entry available in the drop down for "Class Name" while creating a new "Extension Reference Type".

Under Extension Reference Type, when we try to create a new "Extension Reference Type" the system does not provide all the classes in the "Class Name" drop down. This is where I am stuck, I am trying to create an Extension Reference Type for the class "Collaborator Role" (Class ID '510') which is not available as an option to choose under "Class Name".

I have attached a screenshot of the dropdown for your reference. Please let me know if I am missing something here.
