Hello Experts,
I am currently into a requirement for refreshing my client's Quality ESourcing system with Production data. Our system is running on HA where SCS/ERS and DB instance are on RHEL and PAS/AAS are on Windows. Database is DB2 UDB 10.5.NW version 731 and sourcing version 9.0.System is having two separate DBs ,one for JAVA and the other for sourcing.
.I have gone through the note 1594214 (SAP sourcing WriteBack /Refresh), but having some doubts on the whole procedure.
What I understand basically is-
Take a DB backup from the Production Database and restore the same in a target with a new schema.
Now--
Do I need to leave the Java Stack (NW 731) as it is or a system copy is required for the same?
Is it possible to delete the sourcing schema in target and again restore with production backup under the same schema name? client is not accepting schema name change.
After a successful restore do I need to create and redeploy the SCA files on the java stack?
Please suggest.
Best Regards,
Debaditya
