I can point you to a few resources that will help your customer to setup SAP Companion in Fieldglass. SAP Companion is the component of Enable Now that allows Enable Now content to be distributed through Fieldglass.
There are two approaches to configuring SAP Companion. SAP Companion can either be configured in the application running SAP Companion, e.g. S/4HANA, or it can be configured in Enable Now Manager, the server component of Enable Now. This is the approach used for Fieldglass. This video discusses configuring SAP Companion in Manager for Ariba and Concur but exactly the same approach is used for Fieldglass.
