SAP DSN - CIG Data Center US - Not avilable

Dear Team.

My customer was assigned to US Data Center for CIG.

US is not available in the drop down list of "Synchronize SAP Information with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway" (transaction ARBCIG_SYNC_SAP_ACIG).

Now I'm not able to connect and integrate the systems.

Also is missing the information about RFC destination to use as connection .

For EU : acig.ariba.com , testacig.ariba.com

For US : ?? , ??

Is it possible to switch to EU.

Hi Terry,

The address in your company profile in AN test account is pointing to US address. Can you change it to EU (Italian) address and that should route Data centre back to EU from US. Please go through below link for more details and let us know if this fixes the issue.
