SAP ByD: Availability 'change date time' of specific Purchase Order Items in reporting data sources

Problem: In the report 'Monitoring Purchase Orders-including Account Assignment', the fields “Item Creation Date Time” and “Item Last Change Date Time” (ItemUUID) are available. Unfortunately, these fields give information of the last changed item within the Purchase Order and not for that specific Purchase Order Item (please find example below).

Goal: We are looking for history dates of changes that took place for Purchase Order Items (already in SAP).

Question: Is it possible to get the fields 'change date/time', which is visible in tab ''changes" of the Purchase Order into the reporting data sources to get the field in our report 'Monitoring invoices'?

I see you tagged this question with "SAP Fieldglass". Are you referring to a report/integration from SAP Fieldglass to your ERP which should return the PO change history (date/time stamps)?

Thanks for your reply. It does not refer to Fieldglass so the tag is removed.

Do you have any recommendations for tags?
