SAP Ariba Supplier Mobile App - Missing PO confirmation

Hi Team.

I have a Supplier with Standard Account that use "Supplier Mobile App".

But unfortunately the option to confirm or reject a PO is not available.

As descibe in connect, it's a standard features.

Any suggestion to solve the problem ?

We were able to recreate the issue in one of our sandbox accounts. A Service Request has been submitted for additional research and a possible solution. In the interim, please use the "Web Version". Once available, an update will be provided. Thanks in advance for your patience.

Unfortunately, in my experience, seems that only Supplier Full Account can use the App.

What is the version of your mobile app?

Is it the latest 6.3.2 ?

For me everything works (I tested it on iPad though)

Hi.

The same release.

It works fine using a Supplier Full Account (iPhone / iPad).

But not for the Supplier Standard one 😞 .

I suppose it's a bug related to the account type.

Hi

Try to click on three dots button and select 'web version' of the PO.

Then you can create OC and select reject order confirmation (third option).

If this is not appearing there - check business rules, maybe OC rejection is not allowed?

Hi.

Yes, using "web version" I can do everything (confirm, reject, change)

Also, ASN and invoice.

The strange is that using App I can not do that with the firs icon.

Does it means the feature is only for switch to "web version" only ?

Or the function is available only for Full Account ? In this case there is any specification on that ?
