SAP Ariba - Strategic Sourcing - Set a Timeframe for Technical / Financial Evaluation of an RFP response:

Could Ariba system be configured to set a timeframe (for example 3 working days) for the user who will perform the technical evaluation to provide the technical evaluation results (to accept / reject the offer)?

If the above option is applicable in SAP Ariba, and in case the evaluation results are not completed within the pre-defined timeframe, can the system prevent the evaluator user to take further action, and auto-escalates the technical proposal to another user (for example the manager) to take an action, instead of the original evaluator user?

Is it applicable to do same configurations for the financial evaluation (set a timeframe for financial evaluation, and auto-escalated if overdue)?
