SAP Ariba PR spend's converted value displayed in Cart Summary

In SAP Ariba B&I, does the PR spend's (Cart Summary) converted value from PR's currency to system local currency (e.g. CNY to EUR) get updated with the latest currency conversion rate every time the PR is in "Edit"mode? Or is the PR spend's converted value remain to be fixed based on the nearest conversion rate at the time the PR was generated in the system?

Hope you are doing well. We have a parameter Application.Procure.RecomputeAmountsBasedOnLatestCurrencyConversionRates which the amount will recomputed to latest currency conversion when the users edit or submit the requisition.
