This may be a long shot; however, I am still hopeful I will get a response. We are in the process of developing an integration between SAP Ariba Contracts and ProcessUnity (third party risk system). Both are SaaS applications. This question is specific to the push of SAP Ariba Contract data to ProcessUnity using the Contract Workspace API. The middleware for the integration is Mulesoft. The issue is the API does not trigger the send of data when the contract is updated or when an amendment to the contract is created (working as designed). Is there anyone out there in this community that has encountered this issue and is willing to share how it was (or was not) resolved? Instead of a push of data we are looking at a scheduled pull of data which is not ideal because it is not real time.
