SAP Ariba Customer Admin Access

Hi,

SAP Ariba Group - Customer Administrator gives wider access such as User Manager, Site Admin, etc...

Is there any option or Group to restrict user to view only with Customer Administrator ? I mean any trick or option to give only "User Manager" view only?

for the lengthy time in responding. Hopefully, I will be able to clarify your question.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to restrict the actions associated with the out of the box groups. However, there may be a way to provide the desired access.

If your user only needs to view transactional data across the enterprise, then I would suggest the Audit User and/or Audit Buyer roles.

If the need is for visibility into individual user permissions and access, then they would need the Customer User Administrator role.

Below are the actions each role can perform within the tool.
