I want sample bdc program for me21 and sample flat file. i have tried recording but i cannot do .it'll be a greater help if you send me or any ideas.

Why don't you use BAPI instead of BDC, so that it's X times faster?

Why both? BAPI for ME21 should be sufficient.

What's your version, ME21 is obsolete since 2013 (*), and should be replaced by Enjoy ME21N so BAPI required, not BDC compatible, so must not be used in a new development...

• For very old versions, BAPI is BAPI_PO_CREATE (comply with ME21)
• For current versions, BAPI is BAPI_PO_CREATE1 (comply with ME21N)

(*) 1803189 - FAQ: End of Support of ME21, ME51, and BAPI_PO_CREATE etc.

You could create a small report and file recording a ME21 execution with SHDB to generate a list of fields, but then use the up-to-date BAPI.
