RSWUWFMLEC - Query

Hi,

I have standard programe RSWUWFMLEC.Under this we have two tabs One EMail Per work item and One email per user under Message granularity.May i know the functionality of the above two tasks.

My requirement is to send out one message to the approver containing the list of all the Shopping Carts that are awaiting approval from that approver.

Hello,

As per the documentation:

One message per work item: One e-mail is sent for each new work item.

One e-mail per user: Only one e-mail is sent for all new work items of a user

So , as per documentation if you chose the "One e-mail per user" then all new WIs created for this user (SC,PO..etc) until the

last run of this report will be send to this user.

Other than this you can try to achieve via BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI. Please see the documentation for individual methods information.
