Im trying to request SAP Ariba Catalogs Item using GET and populated "rsqfilter" following way:
rsqlfilter=ExpirationDate=le=2020-12-31T08:00:00Z
rsqlfilter=ExpirationDate<=2020-12-31T08:00:00Z
The both not works, received:

The only == and != works correct.
Issue in RU data center.
