ROS - Status change log information

Dear All,

Once the supplier register using ROS application. we can see the list of registered supplier in Supplier Pre-selection application.

We can change the status of supplier from New-> on Hold-> Review-> Accepet..

So I need to know, where the status log information get stored.

The date and time and who changed the status of the Supplier from one status to another something like that...since we need to develop the report about it...

Kindly help me on it.
