RFx transaction type gives blank screen

HI ,

We are on SRM7.0 , SP08 . We have activated PPS with the bid decoupled scenario. Suddenly we find that couple of the transaction types do not work for RFx. These were working some days back.

Create Rfx--> Select Rfx type--> Choose a particular type and  a blank screen is displayed.

I have checked the following things

* checked table /SAPPSSRM/HTMP_A, an entry exist for the required transaction type.

*executed steps in note #1267549

The issue persists . Please let us know what could be the issue? Any pointers are welcome

Hi,

Is this a new custom RFx Transaction type ? If yes, please make sure you have assigned an hierarchy template to the new Txn type.

Yes it a custom transaction type and yes the hierarchy template HIER_SRM, (since we are using SRM requisitions )has been assigned to it.

The transaction type is maintained as active in SPRO and has been updated in PPOSA for the user as well .

Still we  get a blank screen for this transaction type.

Anything else that we could have missed ?
