RFX Response creation by bidders

Hello All,

I want to create the RFX response on the behalf of the buyers ,
we are not using SUS system , and I donot want use the Offline bidding as it cannot be deactivated in future if the company wants to go for SUS

can you advice is there any other way buyer can bid on behalf of supplier

the Response on behalf of supplier could be done in "Response and Awards" of the Published RFX,
where buyer could select the supplier whom he would response onbehalf of  and create response.

the button Response and Awards is not doing any thing

for the first thing is to give it functionality for which what can I do

I am sorry , but not quite clear with your meaning.

from my point of view the Response on behalf could be done n "Response and Awards" page .
Please refer to the following image .  as we could see, in "Response and Awards" page ,
"Response On behalf" button is available so thatSupplier could be selected and
on behalf Response could be done.

I have created The RFX now trying to create the response on behalf of vendor ,

the response and awards buttons is available but there is no action for it ,

I havee created contact person for the vendor , and we are not using SUS

could you kindly help me in this regard
