RFx Response Collaboration section is not visible in SUS system for Bidder

Dear Experts,

Currently we are using SRM 7.14, We have decoupled scenario where the Purchaser's are at Buy side (Separate Server) and Bidder are at Sell side/SUS system (Separate Server).

I am able to do the RFx with collaboration and it came to SUS system. Bidder able to see the RFx and create the Response but our problem is unable to see the Collaboration section in the Notes and Attachments in RFx Response.

FYI, Collaboration are configured in the different system.

Kindly provide us so way to find out the problem resolution.
