RFx Questions Extract

Hi Experts,

In the Reports toolbar of RFx, there is a report "RFx Question Extract" which i need to change as there is a sorting issue in the system. I have located the query in the system and have duplicated the query and made the appropriate changes in the query.

I am not sure from where to replace this query in RFx. Could you kindly advise?

Hi Anshuman,

Once you add the Query to a Report, you need to do the following steps:

You need to go to Setup > Document Setup (tab) > Document Report Configuration > RFx Document Report Configuration and then add the new report.  You'll also want to hide the old report so as not to have two (the old and the new) reports in the Reports toolbar of the RFx.
