RFX DOCUMENT NOT UPDATED IN TO VENDOR PORTAL

Hi Experts,

We are published RFx document in SRM portal and the same document is not updated in to vendor portal (with in Firefox). We maintained SRM roles /SAPSRM/BIDDER (single role), SAP_EC_BBP_BIDDER (Composite role) and portal side pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/specialist/com.sap.pct.srm.srm70/com.sap.pct.srm.gp.fl_gp/com.sap.pct.srm.gp.fl_roles/com.sap.pct.srm.gp.ro_bidder.

In which roles should i maintained in srm as well as portal. Please guide me.

Dear KP,

The RFx is approved and publishing date also reached. Pls see below screen shot of BBP_PD transaction and guide me.

The reasons could be:

>> The RFx is still not approved or after approval it has resulted in a error state. Please check the status of the RFx in BBP_PD transaction.

>> OR The RFx Publishing Date & Time has not reached yet. Please check this in BBP_PD as well.

>> OR The contact person/Business Partner of the supplier with which you are logging in may have some consistency problem. Please check.
