RFx / Auction buttons available without SAP Sourcing license?

Hi Experts,

If the customer has only SAP CLM module licenses and not SAP Sourcing licenses, would the buttons 'Create RFx' and 'Create Auction' in the project document still be available?

In other words, should I account for toolbar customizations to hide these buttons for the customer?

Hi Subhasini,

Goto Setup > Toolbar Customization and look for object names like "Hide Enterprise Sourcing - Auction" and "Hide Enterprise Sourcing - RFx". If those objects dont't appear, you can create.

E.g.: Hide Enterprise Sourcing - RFx
