RFX approved to contract SRM

Hello;

I can't convert my RFX to contract on SRM.

Maybe schould i active somthing on the system?

How can i active sourcing contract on SRM?

Hi,

Check these.

SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Service Procurement -> Activate Central Contract Management Innovations

Activate the business function SRM_SERVICE_PROC_1

And you should have strategic purchaser role to convert as contract.

Hi El,

     You will not be create a contract from RFX. You will be able to create it from RFX response. From RFX response you will be able to create two kinds of follow-on document.

1. Purchaser Order

2. Contract.

How will you choose this?

During RFX creation you will have a dropdown to choose follow-on document.

1. Purchase Order

2. Contract

3. Purchase Order or Contract

Based on the setting you will get appropriate button in RFX response.Additionally remember you will be create a follow-on document from Response only after RFX response is accepted.

Hi El,

If your RFx Supplier is approved you will get the create contract option in Response.

Or Pls post the error you are getting while converting .
