RFQ and Requisition Terms are not populated in Sourcing Requests sent from S4

Hi experts,

when sending an RFP (Quote Message) from S4 to Ariba, the following fields are blank in "Souring Request Items" despite being populated in the Quote Request cXML:

• Requisition ID
• Requisition Item Number
• RFQ ID
• RFQ Item Number

Can you help me?

I tried this note 177683 but It doesn't work.

Hello Marco,

Please make sure the template you have used for Sourcing request has these terms added to it. Only then you will see these terms in Sourcing request. This goes same in Sourcing project as well, unless you have the terms added in templates, you cannot see the same terms on UI.

To edit a template:
Manage -> Administration -> Templates -> Search your template used by you and edit the same by adding terms. Later publish the template.
