This dump is related to your IPC.
Read note 946679, that refers this dump, and apply recommended settings.
Once this is done, restart your VMC server from transaction SM52 and see if exception is still occurring.

The note mentioned by Ricardo is the right one to refer check that
Transaction sm52 should say VMC is active once fixed
Check Transaction transaction : BBP_CND_CHECK_CUST and it should say IPC is now running in VMC
Call Program RSVMCRT_HEALTH_CHECK and check everything is green
And then Check with the basis guys if this does not solve your issues
