Return Delivery button SRM 7.0

Hi,

Can anyone give me a description / explanation of the 'Return Delivery' button for confirmations in SRM 7.0. When are you able to use this button? Should you be able to use this button after the PO has already been invoiced?

Normally it is used when u r sending back goods to supplier

It should be used before invoice normally.

If an item is physically received and then returned to the vendor, a return delivery should be processed in SRM

This is already answered thread. It would be better to create a new thread for your question. To answer your questiopn, for the Return delivery button to get activated PO should have a valid GR confirmation in ECC system.

Hi All

Please can some one let me know why is the return delivery greyed out for me ?

I wanted to do GR reversal for this PO however I am unable to do so

Also note this is not PO specific issue as whatever number i may enter it is always greyed out

please assist anyone if you could ?
