In best practices who does the configuration for rfc connection, definiton and assignment of logical systems? Is it the basis team or the functional team?

Hi Jackie,
This is done by the Basis Team, obviously with directions from the Functional Team. Functional Team needs to tell the Basis team about which log system to create, which RFC connection to create etc..
