Reset the Enterprise user password in SAP Sourcing

Trying to reset the pw of the Enterprise user in SAP Sourcing 9.0, but after reset, I still cannot login as Enterprise user.

Logged in as System user, then setup - enterprise context- select the enterprise context name and changed the Sys Admin password for the External id "xxxxx.context.id.

Did not get any error or warning when changing the password but I just cannot login with this new password.

If there anything else that need to be done for this password to take effect. (http://hostname:port/sourcing/fsenterprise/portal/login)
