Required data is missing for file type- SAP Fieldglass Integration

Hello Support,

We are facing an issue..

When we manually upload a csv file using upload connector , In Integration Audit Trail after the transaction ID the Connector is getting populated.

But when we give in JSON format via Postman we are facing an error like " Required data is missing for file type",

after the transaction ID we don't see the connector name.

Could you please help us resolve this issue?

I hope you are well. I am not familiar with your specific system or setup, but would like to give you a few things to consider, which may help you resolve the issue:

1. The file type error ("N/A" in the Type column) usually appears, when the file can not be read by the system, because it has incorrect header information or is saved in the wrong format.

2. The "Characteristics Upload" is only available in the CSV format as API or Bulk Delta upload.
