Reporting on SAP Ariba Analytical Reports

Is it possible to see when an analytical report was last run?

Either through an audit log or any other means in the UI.

Hello,

You may check the Public Reports history log to know who created, edited and deleted an Analytical Report through these steps:

1. In the Sourcing site, go to Manage > Public reports
2. Chose the Show Detailed View option
3. In the History tab enter the filter details you need, for example, the report Title
4. Click Search

You'll see the log under the Search Result section with the Time Stamp, User, Type, Title and Details. In the Details information you'll see if the action was Created, Copied, Deleted or Edited

For scheduled reports, follow these steps:

1. Go to Manage > Administration > Reporting Manager > Scheduled Reports
2. You'll have the list of all scheduled reports with the information: Name, Schedule, Scheduler, Last Run Time , Next Run Time

A full audit is not available through the product at this time.

Thanks for the response. Hopefully something will be available soon to show the last run date of the report.
