Reportable Custom Fields not found in metadata for Sourcing Project and Project Fact

Hello,

We have few custom fields for Sourcing that were requested to be reportable. These are currently found in Sourcing Project Fact table when creating analytical reports.

We're also creating reporting templates via Ariba API, and we are unable to find them using Operational API and Analytics API, we're searching in Sourcing Project and Project Metadata.

What's the usual approach in this scenario - requesting to have the custom fields in Sourcing Project metadata? Can this be accommodated via SR/Cases?

To be able to view custom fields in the metadata, make sure "includeCustomFields" parameter is set to true.
