Hi,
I am well aware about the standard flow of the offline aproval, however I wish to know following tricky part.
When the approver, approves via offline email;
then a self generated reply mail (which must not be changed by approver at all)
is manually sent by the approver to the email address of WF-BATCH user(email address as set in SU01).
How does reply mail (which has actually gone to the email address of the WF-BATCH user) reach to the inbox of WF-BATCH user?
I know that later this reply mail is evaluated by the RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL.
Thankyou for reply.
Poonam
