Replicate conditions from ECC to SRM

Hi Experts,

Scenario : SRM 7 EHP1

ECC 6 EHP5

Please let me know if we can replicate the ECC conditions to SRM through middleware.

I have come across the object DNL_CUST_CND - but am not sure if the same can be used to replicate the conditions. If yes are there any documents/posts which suggest the steps.

This is very important, since without replication we would need to maintain the same set of conditions which we have in ECC for SRM.
