Replace approver

Hi...

while creating PO....

i am filling the approver with the existing dummy approver..

if click the dummy approver and change the approver with the actual user and clicking the 'Replace' Button it is not replacing the dummy aprover with the Actual approvar....

help me on this....

my verison is SRM5.0

SRM_PLus is 550 - sp 09 and sap_basis 700 - sp 12

add approver and add reviewer - when i click add where it brings the values of the person.

which FM brings these values

etc

i need to know some tables or FM to get the list

i think we can replace approver .

we have option called FORWARD or SWIA tcode

via web or SWIA - we can forward workitem to others if business allows
