Renumber Button in purchasing

I cannot find where the renumbering button is on the ME21N screeen.

when I transfer purch req into a purchase order, I have to delete the duplicates. This means that the item numbers are not in sequence. How do I get them back into sequence.

Have you ever seen such button in any system?

And why do you have duplicate requisitions, that does not sound logical? Can it be that you mean multiple requisitions and you club them together into one? This is actually done automatically by drag and drop. You only need to drag the next requisition of the same item into the shopping basket below the item instead into the shopping cart at the header level
