Remove Alert Tab from SRM 70 UWL iview

Hi,

We want to remove the alert tab from uwl iview. Our system is SRM 70 and SRM BP 70 in Portal 70.

I tried to modify the com.sap.pcr.srm.core.zip file and failed to update it. Any thought on that?

The iview used is under Content Provided by SAP/specialist/SRM 7.0/common/iviews/inbox.

You will need to make the changes using the uwl.standard xml file. Download this file and make your changes as explained in the following blog and upload it with a custom name and a High priority.

Don't forget to change the property useNavigationID of your UWL iview to point to your uploaded XML with the new Navigation ID name.

Dear Shanti,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I had done that before. The problem is that the ivew we used is not controled by this .xml file. The iview is controled by SRMMain.

I even download the com.sap.pct.srm.core.zip and then updated the .xml file. But this file is not changed after I uploaded it.

I think I might need to use a different iview instead the one used in SRM.
