Dear All,
When a bidder open any tender in edit mode, we are getting an entry in SM12 log.
Now just think due to network issue he got disconnected from SAP SRM portal and when after login he is trying to open same tender in edit mode he is getting an error message like u201Cdocument is already openu201D.
My requirement is to kill this SM12 log automatically when user trying to open same tender.

I am thinking to use table u201CCRMD_ORDERADM_Hu201D from this table I can get GUID for the particular tender. And in SM12 log entries in Lock Argument is am getting u201CCLIENT + GUIDu201D.
Can I kill this log by the help of this GUID.

Request clarification before answering.
Hi,
I suggest we are not supposed to do any GUID entry / change at table level. Since in SAP SRM all is driven by GUID.
We are also Encoutered Document already open issues. The solution we follwed is "in SM12 we killed / deleted the user sessions and requested user to relogin".
It enable user to open the document with out any error like " document already open".

Thanks for your response.
In our org we can login in more than one system at same time with the help of one login, that's why we are not able to kill all logs at the time of login. we can delete these logs at the time of tender opening (in edit mode only).
